Brent Nongbri
I’ve just published a book on ancient Christian manuscripts (God’s Library: The Archaeology of the Earliest Christian Manuscripts, Yale University Press, 2018). To keep the size of the book reasonable, I had to excise a number of things I uncovered in my research. For the moment, I’m using this space to tell some of these stories and to comment on other news related to archaeology and religion.
For a selection of my academic articles, see this site.

Great site!! I wish you had an email subscriber list or something like that, so that I would be notified when you post a new article.
Thanks for the kind words, Charles. I don’t have a subscriber list. For the blogs I like to follow, I use a content aggregator. There are a lot of choices. I like feedly (sleek and simple).
Dear Brent Nongbri,
is it possible to subscribe your blog?
Thanks for the question. Yes, I’ve added a button on the site just below the search box so that you can get e-mail updates for new posts.
